Nice Airport Arrivals

Millions of passengers who wish to reach at the Alpes-Maritme region have to arrive at Nice Cote d’Azur Airport first. Airlines which fly from various destinations around the globe are served by this airport. There are two terminal buildings at the airport that are set a little apart from each other. However, transportation between the terminal buildings is provided through a free shuttle bus service. For both domestic as well as international arrivals, there are two terminals namely Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at the airport.

Certain passengers will be required to pass through the immigration controls while arriving at Nice airport. These passengers would be those belonging from a non-Schengen country and those also who do not have a French nationality. Passengers are also required to complete their landing card, and these cards can be received either onboard or near to the immigration filters. These cards are necessary because you will have to show them at the check-points along with your passport.

A television screen above the conveyer belts will display the number of your flight for enabling you to determine your point of collecting the luggage. Luggage trolleys are available at both terminals and you can also seek assistance of porters for carrying your luggage. However, you will have to pay around 3 euros per luggage to the porter. Arriving passengers get several facilities at the arrivals hall including ATMs, banks, shopping stores, pharmacies and restaurants. There is a perfectly equipped business center at the airport also that contains meeting rooms and other equipments that can be used without any charge. The arrival area of both terminals contains bus stations that travel to different routes from the airport along with taxi stands. You can also take a bus to train stations if you wish to continue your journey by train.
